Worked in my fathers' buisness until his health failed. Employed in 1976 with the Chattanooga Fire Dept as a firefighter/paramedic. Remarried in 1981. Moved to Central Florida in 1983. Retired as a Battalion Chief/Paramedic after 25 years with the Orange County Fire/Rescue Department. All risk emergency response and incident management instructor and technical contributing author of several nationally accredited/NTED courses following retirement from the fire service. Fully retired in 2016 when my wife, Wanda, retired. Traveled (before Covid). Now, just woodworking in the garage, keeping the family safe and spoiling the grandbabies. Love living in Florida with our two grown sons that live near us, our 5 grandchildren, one very old Yorkie.

It was so great to see everyone at the reunion. Thanks again for all who made it happen. Info: I met my wife, Sheila, in South Carolina, where I lived after having gone to college a few years. We eventually moved to Hilton Head where I helped start the Christian school there. Our son, Paul, was born in Savannah. From there we moved to Columbia, where I finished my BA at USC. I then went (back) to St. Louis for seminary. I pastored churches in the PCA on Grand Cayman Island and Rome, GA. Sheila and I moved to Chattanooga in 2000, living in St. Elmo. Our son eventually got his MBA at UTC, CPA, and is now CEO of Wind River Tiny Homes in Apison. He has 3 delightful little girls. Sheila and I have visited England a number of times, and lived there from 2014-2015 taking care of CS Lewis's home in Oxford. She continues to work at Chambliss and I continue to do various educational and/or pastoral type things - trying to figure out if I'm retired or not! By the load of work I have to do, I suppose I am! Ha! Cheers everyone!

Creating from His Creation, I write and play music; do some woodworking and send out monthly messages of encouragement. God still provides outlets for me to offer Biblical guidance via the church for individuals and families. My joy has been to be allowed to do this for the past 40+ years, both domestically and abroad as a foreign missionary. My blessing has been the ability to enjoy the moments that life brings focusing on the time and place where God has me.
